2009 QPS MINI WORLD CUP RULES

1. FIFA Rules apply – as for 7 a side competition
   1. No offside’s
   2. Goals can not be scored within the semi circle unless headed in
   3. If the ball is out of bounds for a throw in, a player must place the ball stationary on the side line and ball is to be passed along ground; opposition player is not allowed within 5 meters of the ball at this time.
   4. No abusive language to opposition players, your players or referee.
2. Shin Guards must be worn by all players; gloves are optional for the goal keeper.
3. Referees decision to be final
4. Red and Yellow cards may be given by referees, a player who receives 2 yellow cards or 1 red card in a match will be sent of and will not play the next game.
5. Substitutions are unlimited but must take place on the half way line with the notification of the referee.Free kicks can not be taken closer then 3 meters from the goalkeepers circle
